We will be tasting at least 6 wines from various regions of Chinaand discussing the challenges and opportunities for wine production here.

Fongyee's area of research for her MW dissertation was in vine burialand she will be discussing the various findings from her research project as well as sharing with students her knowledge of China's premium viticultural areas.
